Our first visit to Maine took place during the summer of 2013. After leaving Niagara Falls, we drove west to New Hampshire and then north to reach Maine. We stayed in a small hotel/resort with direct access to the beach.



Later that afternoon, we hopped on a tourist boat and took a tour of Maine lighthouses.



We wrapped up our day by grabbing lunch at Barnacle Billy's at Perkins Cove, Maine. I got an order of chips, a side order of pickles, and a lobster roll with enough lobster meat on it for two meals for $14. Not bad.
