Last time: Spring, 2014

The first time I was in Florida was for my honeymoon. When Susan and I got married, for our honeymoon we took a cruise that left from Miami and went to the Bahamas. To be honest, I was much more excited about traveling through the Bermuda Triangle on a cruise ship than I was about hanging out in Miami for a day. Sadly, the only thing we did in Florida on that trip was visit a time share, during which we were pushed toward investing in a time share condo in Miami. Little did the salesman know we could barely afford rent on the mobile home we were living in in Oklahoma. Ha ha, jokes on you, salesman!

In the spring of 2014, my family and I drove all the way from Oklahoma to the Florida Keys. We spent several days in Florida. During that trip we stayed at a Disney World Hotel...



...stayed at a resort...



...swam with dolphins...



...and visited the southernmost buoy point in the continental United States.
