Alabama

First time: Fall, 2008
Last time: Spring, 2014

Alabama is one of the many states I have driven through, but not properly visited. Each time I drive to Atlanta, I pass directly through Birmingham, Alabama.



In and around Burmingham, Alabama are several buildings with signs that read "ARCADE". Each time I drive through the area I get excited and hope to see arcade games, but apparently in that part of the country, "ARCADE" actually means "BINGO HALL".

For our family vacation to Florida, once again we drove through Alabama. Once again, we didn't stop.
