The sometimes-friendly/sometimes not-so-friendly rivalry between rival computer owners (such as IBM and Macintosh users) is not a recent phenomenon -- rival computer owners have been slinging derogatory comments back and forth for as long as there have been rival computer owners. Apple users were often referred to as "rotten apples" by Commodore 64 and IBM PC users. And just as lovingly, Commodore users were sometimes referred to as "Commodorks". I can't recall anything reprintable that we used to call PC owners ...
