I’ve been reticent to talk about my post-surgery weight loss for a couple of reasons, the main being I don’t really feel like I’ve done anything. Had I shed a few pounds through diet or exercise or lifestyle changes, I’d be bragging all over the place. But anyway, yeah, I’ve lost 50 pounds since Thanksgiving. A couple of my favorite shirts are starting to fit better, and I’ve had to put three new holes in my belt.
