After six weeks off work, my wife’s maternity leave officially ended this morning. For the past six weeks, I’ve dropped Mason off at daycare and gone to work solo. For those who don’t know, my wife Susan and I work in the same building, and our daycare is right across the street. Our daycare doesn’t accept kids until they are six-weeks old — which, for Morgan, is today. <\/p>\n

So today, we were a “clan” again. Susan, Mason, Morgan and I all piled in the minivan and headed toward the FAA. Everything was uneventful; Mason went right to his class, and the infant room had a sign printed out that said “Welcome Morgan!” After that we drove across the street and came to work. I just got off the phone and Susan said she has 1,263 e-mails in her inbox. Yikes. <\/p>\n

Tthis weekend Mason and I watched The Fantastic Four. It was okay. Not really a kid’s movie, which sucks because that’s who all the toys are marketed to and that’s who wants to watch it.
