For those of you I haven’t talked to, Sunday and Monday I attended overnight sleep labs, to determine if I have sleep apnea. Turns out I have extreme<\/b> apnea — severe cases mean a person stops breathing up to 40 times per hour in their sleep. My score? 124 times. All this has lead to a V-PAP machine, which is supposed to help me breathe better at night. Reports not in yet on how it’s working.<\/p>\n
