After a week of no exercise due to excruciating back pain, tonight I walked the one-mile neighborhood lap once again. It took me over 30 minutes tonight which I expected after having not walked for almost a week. At one point during the night’s walk my back started spazzing out again and I had to stop and stretch it back out. Hopefully I won’t pay for this for another week.
