Mason, however, surprised me with a mustache and goatee. <\/p>\n

Soon all the kids were getting mustaches, even Mason’s friend Avery.<\/p>\n

Before I left, I was able to get Mason and a couple of his buddies together for a group photo. “Lookin’ good,” I said to Mason.<\/p>\n

“I’m not Mason,” he replied. “I’m Tom the Cop. We’re all cops.” No idea where that came from.<\/p>\n
