The Human Library is the story of Marvin Granger, a hapless government employee who, having messed up one too many times at the VA hospital, is promoted “up and out” to a new position in the middle of the Nevada desert.

When Marvin arrives at “The Tombstone” (the local nickname for the tall, foreboding building), he is assigned to The Human Library — a project that has the ability to permanently change the course of humanity. On his first day on the job, Marvin discovers a 3D printer, large enough to print a human being.

On his second day, he witnesses a murder.

By the end of the week, millions of people’s lives are in danger. At least, that’s what the clone of Albert Einstein tells Marvin.

The Human Library is a science-fiction thriller with plenty of action of comedy sprinkled throughout.
