Week 2 started off really good. Throughout the first half of the week I continued walking and eating right, and the weight continued to drop off. Unfortunately, the second half of the week did not go so well. During our three-day vacation, I quit exercising, and at like a pig. The first half of the week I was eating Healthy Choice dinners and vegetables; the second half I was eating chocolate doughnuts and Mazzio’s Pizza. The end result? The first half of the week I lost around five pounds, and the second half, I put it back on.
Week two was a wash, so I’m still at nine pounds down (from week 1). I kicked off week 3 yesterday with a sensible lunch and Healthy Choice for dinner, so I’m back on track. Hopefully week 3 will be another stellar week.
