Pardon the mess once again! As you can probably tell I changed the site’s layout yesterday. I’m hoping the 3-column design will give me a bit of stretching room. Expect things to look or act wacky for a couple of hours until I can get everything straightened out. I just got the random pictures working again, and am combing all my “sub” sites to make sure they all look uniform.
All the music, movie, book and videogame reviews have been transferred over to my other site, review-o-matic.com.
I’ve got several new features planned, many in conjunction with my Commodork book. Stay tuned!
Believe it or not, I was just playing with this theme the other day myself, but decided it just wasn’t doin’ it for me. Kinda cool to see it in action though. Looks good!
It took some minor customization to get it to where I wanted. I yanked out a ton of the stuff it originally had in the sidebars — the whole reason I went from a two-column layout to a three column one is so I could add more menu choices, so I had to make room for them. The other thing I had to do right off the bat was create a non-LiveJournal version of the template to use for the Commodork site, which I just finished as well. I think the style sheet may need some minor tweaking — I think the “visited links” text (light gray) may be too light for the background. We’ll see.
