Last Friday was the first Nasty Pirates gathering at the new house. Unfortunately Josh and Andy couldn’t make it out this time so it was just Jeff, Scott and me, but we still had a good time. Actually we had a great time, since we split all the food and beer three ways instead of five. As always there was a lot of laughter and a lot of farting, which we ultimately blamed on the French Onion dip.

In honor of Halloween and B-movies, the three of us watched The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra. Although the movie was filmed in the early 00’s, it was converted to black and white to make it look like a 1950s sci-fi movie.

I really need to watch it again, just because there are so many great quotable lines that nobody else would get unless they had seen it. “Remember how I showed you? Tip tip tip tip tip tip …”
