Without going into all the boring details, I have to say I had a really great weekend. Friday (my day off) I whipped through my “to do” list, ran all my errands, got a new cell phone, bought a new computer, and even had dinner with The Stranger. Saturday Susan and I (more Susan than I) spent a few hours cleaning out the garage and made significant headway. I moved the last remaining garage-bound arcade machine through the yard out to the arcade and worked some more on troubleshooting my Mortal Kombat cabinet. Sunday I took a nap on our back porch swing, had a picnic with Mason, Morgan and Susan at Lake Hefner, and went to a car show with Dad. Somehow in between all those things I managed to squeeze in three movies, Batman Begins, The Medallion, and The Mummy Returns, all of which have been added to my list of movies I’ve seen in 2006.
The picnic we had at Lake Hefner was really neat. It was really cool to sit out on the lake, eating hot dogs and watching the sailboats. Mason had a great time.
