I’ve decided that when it comes to dieting, it’s an “all or none” situation for me. Reason being, if you only do it half the time, you end up not losing any weight and you’re still miserable half the time. If you do it all the time you’re still miserable but at least you lose weight.

You only told us one half of that. What’s the rest of the story? All…. or nothing? Since this is the last posting available, I’m afraid I might already know the decision. How was the Chicago-in-Tulsa diner?
Unfortunately, this week it’s been none.
Well, as with mine, I don’t see a lot of entry on the diet log. Although I admit it does get kind of boring… don’t eat, go walking, don’t eat, go walking. Didn’t lose anything. Don’t eat, go walking…….
Someday maybe I’ll get this right.
