Diet Log – The Beginning

One of my many New Year’s resolutions this year is to lose weight. Original, I know.

I’ll be documenting how things go this year in my “Diet Log”. To follow along, simply click on the “Diet Log” link on the right (listed under “Categories”) and you’ll be able to monitor my weight loss throughout the year. Or hey who knows, maybe I’ll get even fatter, have a stroke, and we’ll all have a good laugh over the whole thing. Either way, guaranteed entertainment.

  1. As stubborn and determined as you are when you set your mind to anything, I know you can do this. Funny how our loved ones are the worst ones to sabotage us when we try to lose weight. When you lose your first 25 lbs., we’ll celebrate with a fancy salad. See, there I go again, trying to feed you! How about celebrating with a movie together? Love you. Mom

  2. I’m also going to lose weight this year, but not until you get down to my weight then we can work like a team and lose another 25 pounds together.
