Pops Restaurant, just north of OKC on Route 66, is a cool little restaurant known mostly for its selection of soda pop. Pops has at least 500 different flavors of pop, all of which are served up in glass bottles. Susan and the kids had been before, but today was my first trip. Showing up at noon on a Sunday, there was a 30 minute wait for a table inside, and no wait for a table outside. Despite it being 95 degrees, we opted for outside. It wasn’t as bad as I had feared — we were in the shade, and right next to a water mister.
