I looked at one of those once. Besides the claustrophobia, I figured the whole house would come down on top of me and they’d never get me out. Probably never even look for me! In the “big tornado” one of my friends lost his car for 2 weeks, until they dug it out from under a wall. Insurance wouldn’t pay until they could locate it! That would be me!
How small is this anyway? Since we are not in a tornado-prone area, I’ve never seen a tornado shelter before.
BTW, totally unrelated, but I bought a copy of Commodork at the DP store this weekend. Guess what I’ll review for issue 68 of DP? ;)
