Comments: Here we are back with episode 106, “How to Write a Book.” In this episode I talk all about the writing of my two books, Commodork: Sordid Tales from a BBS Junkie and Invading Spaces: A Beginner’s Guide to Collecting Arcade Games (on sale, August 9th).
Just ordered one. The original recording didn’t sound ~as bad~, but the compression to MP3 really made them stand out.
Over here we call ’em soda filters…oh…wait.
I don’t think it’s a pop problem — sounds more like an interruption in the audio data, maybe caused when the computer is writing data in chunks to the disk. I agree, it’s pretty annoying…
