Other than the bad spelling, what exactly does that mean? How can documents be uncontrolled? Will they spontaneously burst into song, and wreck up all the furniture?
The “docuements” will be uncontrolled after you’ve spilled your “sundae’s” on them, presumably.
@OGD: This sign appears in a govt. building. Essentially it means that they are public and/or unguarded — anyone in check them out and read them. In govt-speak, I think it means “nobody’s officially responsible for anything put on this shelf.”
