If they could tax air there would but since water isn’t quite as fluid and it is now taxed. It’s still public so as far as streams and rivers, you have rights to be on the water as long as you don’t touch the soil on the bottom. I’m sure swimming pools come under the same navigation laws. The air drop getting in there might be a little rough though and don’t have a clue how Mason’s going to get out to sleep, drink and eat!! grin
