Put these ingredients in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients on top. Stir well. Serve with chips, pretzels, on eggs, whatever. This is a pretty good mix of needed items. You can double, triple them as per your needs. Sometimes I make this amount, sometimes I start with a crateful of tomatoes. Start slow with the jalapenos, you can always add more, but it’s kind of hard to take the hot out once it’s there. 8 or 10 medium to large tomatoes

2 medium onions
