It was so bad that we began looking online for reviews to see if it was just us. We came upon your review and found it to be quite accurate and also we laughed more reading your comments than we did during the entire hour we devoted to the film. The acting was terrible the casting was worse And the plot points were so completely lame even my eight-year-old was throwing up his hands saying “this is ridiculous.” Anyway thanks for providing our evening with some humor because the movie obviously could not.

Seeing that, all I could think was that this was a just a soulless cash grab and a complete affront to a brilliant standalone movie. Based on your review it looks like I was right in this inference.
