I watched her lab puppy chew up a trampoline (the big kind), working on it from the bottom up, completely dig up her yard, devour plastic lawn chairs, carry large flower pots all over the yard, and destroy a swimming pool (the softside kind, 14 foot across). They have a wonderful temperament with kids, are extremely protective of them, but are large enough that they can tear up a whole lot. Also, they don’t do well with a lot of alone time. But until you find him a new home, I have the kennel and also the outside dog house if you need them.

If they do not get the attention that they want, they will be very naughty. After all, bad attention is better than no attention. They are great after they are two years old, if you haven’t killed them by then. If you keep the dog, I would strongly recommend obedience training.
