The problem is, my current computer apparently does not have the horsepower required to play MP4 video. It’s an old 3ghz Dell with 2 gig of RAM (maxed out) and I guess that just won’t cut it. I can’t even edit the video in Vegas without it chopping and sputtering. I’ve tried watching the video with VLC and Windows Media Player and neither one works right. I was able to upload the unedited footage (seen above) directly to Youtube and that worked okay, but if I plan on doing anything serious with this camera, I’ll have to buy a new machine.
