If you have time while you are in Golden take the tour at the Coors Brewery (free beer at the end!). If not, at least stop for a Coors product somewhere since it’s as fresh as you can get.

I think they still have a location in Denver. Michelle and I used to make a point of eating in the Colorado Springs location any time we drove through that state traversing between NM and NE. It’s worth the search effort
