We did Royal Caribbean for our Honeymoon/Anniversary cruise and liked it a lot. However, we will probably just fly straight down to a specific country next time. We enjoy experiencing the culture of other countries more than we like staying at what is basically an all inclusive resort stay. For the amount we spent on the cruise we probably could have stayed in a 5 star hotel in Jamaica.

The food is definitely great at the nice dinners though. Once we figured out they’d bring you as many steaks as you ask for then I was in heaven.

Looks like you guys had a ball despite the few qualms. Personally, I can feel your pain over the “Discover Mexico” presentation — I’d hate to go to Cozumel and not actually visit the place! Mind you, I’m not into hot weather, so it’s probably not for me anyways.

If I were in a cruise where the fancy restaurant’s meals were included in the price, I think I’d be eating lobster tail at every possible meal… ;) I just love seafood! The water slide at the pool looked pretty cool, did the kids use it?
