I shy away from calling it my “holy grail” cause I ended up with two units after only looking for a few years (both local), and a holy grail should be harder to obtain.
I’ve been skating for 23+ years so I’m with ya on both the Blender and 720 memories. I would love a 720 game for the same reasons. I was FULLY into skateboarding when that game came out (still am). And even though a boneless is your only option for getting into the air, I was hooked from the first time I played it.
]]>Nice find by the way!
]]>I also once saw a Xenophobe converted to 720 on craigslist for $200, actually looked decent. I passed it up though.
]]>Our skatepark has a pretty good arcade due to my and the owner’s love of arcade games: 720, Satan’s Hollow, Crystal Castles, NBA Jam 4 player, Roadblasters, Arknoid, etc.
]]>I had the machine like 2 days and I had 3 people allready wanting to buy it. But if I had a $1 for every person that said they would buy somthing and didnt then I wouldnt even have to worry about selling games at all.
Rob usually has a big smile on his face when he walks into my place, but that night it was like somthing else. For someone who hadnt played the machine for 10 years Rob had no problem pulling off the tricks and showing me what the game is all about. Only a real arcade collector can appreciate anothers players passion for a certain game and oh boy does Rob have some passion for this game! Glad it ended up going to the right person who will give it lots and lots of loving.
