They do help with anxiety. You might also check out anxiety products from petwellbeing.com. I have no affiliation with these companies, FYI. And it’s not a bad idea at all to check in with your vet. There are prescriptions that can help too.

The fact that you moved recently and the behavior you describe combine to point to cat anxiety. You might try finding some kind of thing that can be her safe place like a cat tree, and also spend some time reassuring her and letting her feel like she owns the space. She doesn’t want to be a butthole she’s just afraid.
