I used to meter my slots time by the play count until I started playing craps instead. On $200 seed money, it wouldn’t have taken too long for you to go through it at $5 a spin without big wins like that. I am the $0.50 spinner myself on the 50-line $0.01 machines. That’s 10x more slot play. ;)
