One big concern is that eventually anyone will get access to this software and your computer is not only unsafe from the police but any joker with access to your machine. In other words you should encrypt your data. Not necessarily to protect it from the police but certainly to protect yourself from unsavory individuals who were able to acquire a copy of the COFEE device.
