Flack's Front End (FFE) is a front end for MAME and other emulators. I designed FFE to be the simplest front end of all time to set up. While FFE is easy to modify, you should be able to perform the basics in about five minutes.

FFE is extremely simple to customize. FFE supports screenshots, custom sounds, custom wallpapers, custom colors, custom control buttons ... you name it, it's probably a changable variable. FFE can launch any emulator or program you wish to include, including DOS games. It is also simple to pass variables to emulators and ROMs -- this can be done on a game-by-game basis, or globally for an entire emulator (setting a screen resolution, for example).

FFE is an active work in progress. The current version is locked at 800x600 (the resolution my personal MAME cabinet runs at). Future versions will support multiple resolutions. If you have any features you would like to see added to FFE, please contact me. I can't promise they will be added but I can promise they will be considered.
